The outperformance of New Zealand’s horticulture industry and the lacklustre dairy industry are showing through in the latest land sales data for the first quarter of this year.
Dairy farm sales volumes fell to a five-year low, while horticulture land volumes jumped to the highest in nine years, according to Real Estate Industry of NZ (REINZ) figures.
